I have not even seen my storage unit yet but I am confident that I will have no issues upon arrival. The facility Manager Heidi was just a joy to work with over the phone. She claimed it was a busy day being the 1st of the month which in the storage business I et she is correct but I felt like I was her only customer that day. Hats off Heidi you are an outstanding ambassador for your company.
