Personal Statement

I have a bachelor's degree in theatre from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California after originally starting my college education at Caltech studying the field of biology. As a result of my love for both the arts and sciences, I am able to connect with students who have multiple interests. While I would prefer to tutor in math and science, I would also be interested in working with students on their reading, writing, and test prep skills as well. My goal as a tutor is to make the connection between what we are currently working on and at least one particular interest my student has.
