Personal Statement

I am a firm believer that by being educated we can learn how to be better people and better our world. I am passionate about turning students into life-long learners and teaching them to express themselves through writing. I studied psychology at Azusa Pacific University earning my bachelor's degree. My most recent tutoring experience has been teaching low-income senior high pupils for a year. I am currently working on becoming a teacher. I would love working with students of all backgrounds, ages, and skill sets to help them reach their goals.
