Personal Statement

My strongest subjects to teach are the sciences and mathematics, but I can help with a wide variety of subjects. My favorite thing as a tutor is getting to know my students personally and what they like doing outside of school. I try relating the material we are reviewing to their outside interests. Seeing the light bulb come on when a pupil first understands a complex concept is one of the best things to witness as a teacher.
