Personal Statement

Teaching has been a part of my life since I can remember, most of my family members teach. I myself have tutored since I was in high school. I have also taught part time as an English teacher while I was in college. I tutor a wide variety of subjects, but math, SAT prep, English, and history are my favorites. The SAT is my fascination. It makes me feel successful when I can show a student how to approach the exam with confidence and break through their anxieties by teaching them the information they need.
