Personal Statement

I am passionate about helping the people around me succeed. I have had numerous staff, tutors, and mentors who have supported me all the way through earning my college degrees. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Fairfield University. Right now I am in the AmeriCorps Vista Program. I have experience working in classrooms with sixth grade English language students. I am a native Spanish speaker, and I would love to help others gain fluency in the language. I would also love to tutor in psychology.
