Personal Statement

I am immediately invested in the success and progress of my students when I meet them. I understand that my students are all different and I know many ways of teaching the same material. I believe that having this skill and dedication is what makes me a great tutor. I can work up to thirty hours a week and can work in one-on-one or group settings. The only days I am not available are Tuesday and Thursdays. We can discuss our schedule further during our first session. I can tutor in numerous subjects including Latin, English, Regent exam, ecology, writing, and many more. I have a bachelor's degree in general biology from Occidental College.
