Personal Statement

I am a graduate of Harvard with my bachelor's degree in English. My secondary field was French. While attending Harvard, I worked through the educational studies program teaching humanities classes to middle and high school students. After I graduated, I spent a school-year as an English teaching assistant in France. I made lesson plans that focused on vocabulary, culture, and grammar. Most recently, I have earned my master's degree in English. For me, when I am teaching, I am doing the most rewarding and meaningful work.
