After easily reserving my space online, I received a call from one of the companies VERY pleasant and humorous employees. She and I went over my contract over the phone. She was prompt and professional at all times. The contract signed with "docu-sign" through my email. She gave me precise step-by-step directions on how to enter, where my unit was located, how to open and close, where the restrooms were located and how to exit. Easy as 1-2-3! Give them a try.
