We are assisting a wonderful family in their search for a Full-Time Family Assistant & Mother’s Helper to provide support in their home. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats to help keep the home running smoothly. Responsibilities: Assisting with infant care & childcare while Mom runs errands, attends Pilates, or meets friends, etc Driving children to and from school/activities (must have own vehicle, mileage reimbursed). Meal prep & grocery shopping to support the family’s routine. Helping with household organization and tidying common areas. Running errands as needed. Providing general family support and helping Mom juggle daily responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits: $35 - $40/hour (DOE), up to $45/hour for the right candidate PTO, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays (negotiable) Mileage reimbursement

Salary $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
