Personal Statement

I am a firm believer that education happens everywhere, whether you are in the streets, a concert hall, or doctor's office. I believe learning and knowledge are a vital part of life and they are an essential part of mine. Everyone learns differently and at different paces. I adapt my lesson plans to fit the needs of every student I teach. I believe you must know your client well enough to know exactly what he or she needs. You must engage with them and listen to what they are telling you. As a resident neurosurgery doctor, it is my job to educate patients on how to take care of themselves after surgery.
