Personal Statement

I recently graduated from Princeton University, with a degree in molecular biology and a certificate in engineering biology, global health, and computational and quantitative biology. Right now I am earning my M.D./Ph.D. My tutoring experience began eight years ago when I started helping my peers in chemistry, which was considered very tough in my high school. I found out what a difference I could make just by using many methods of explaining things, relating the material to the real world, and giving my peers the practice problems needed to be successful.
