Personal Statement

I attended Hiram College to obtain my bachelor's degree in philosophy, though I studied a plethora of subjects at the school. I began tutoring while in college, primarily working as a teacher's assistant in Buddhism. I enjoy working with students in nearly any subject, though I excel in literature, writing, and GRE test prep. I believe that tutoring is an invaluable service that can allow students to achieve their academic potential. I understand that each student I work with has a unique way of learning.
