At Jennersville YMCA, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a Swim Instructor who is passionate about swimming, has exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. If you are a student in West Grove, PA with a love for swimming, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
