10'x12' bedroom, $715/month (+ security deposit & first and last month's rent). Available starting May 10.

Rent includes utilities (gas, electric, water, & internet) and an office/workroom space which is shared with the other upstairs tenant.

Spacious air-conditioned 3br 2ba house (2,187 ft2) with newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen, and basement, and a sunny yard & deck with a firepit. Onsite washer & dryer.

Quiet neighborhood, very close to Como Park & Lexington Plaza grocery stores & cafes.

One of the current tenants has a cat, and we unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional cats/dogs at this time. We are open to other pets (e.g. lizards, hamsters, etc.) upon agreement with current tenants.

We are looking for a third roommate for our quiet & laid-back household. One of us is currently a grad student and we both work full-time. We all regularly contribute to chores and also hang out together from time to time.

$45 application fee to facilitate background check.
