As a Swim Instructor at Harford Sailfish Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and provide personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong passion for swimming, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Bel Air, MD.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional environment
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
• Passion for swimming and working with children are essential qualities for this role!
