About this Specialization

This specialization consists of two foundational courses: Church Administration Theology and Time Management, in which you will learn how to approach church administration theologically and how to better steward your time, and Strategic Management for Churches, in which you will learn how to discern and establish church vision, core values and culture, goals and objectives, and metrics.\\n\\nThe third course, Financial Management for Churches, will provide a general overview of church financial operations through a theological lens. While this is the suggested order for the specialization, you can take these courses in any order.
