Personal Statement

To me, the best part of being a tutor is passing my knowledge on to others and helping them learn. In the past students have thanked me for straightforwardly explaining concepts and being patient with them. I focus on helping my pupils understand the material rather than just memorizing it. My educational background begins with my studies at the University of California- Los Angeles where I earned my bachelor's degree in microbiology, immunology, and molecular genetics as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology.
