My teaching philosophy is that I believe everyone is capable of learning programming, and since not everyone learns in the same way, we should practice different approaches to teaching. Everyone has a different learning style. Although I prefer sticking to a planned itinerary for studies, it is important to be flexible enough to find a compromise in how the student prefers to learn.
