Personal Statement

I earned my bachelor's degree in integrative studies from the University of Redlands. I have been tutoring for over two years and have worked with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in language arts, English, math, composition, social studies, geometry, algebra 2, and economics. I like tutoring in algebra the most because it is an easy subject to relate to the real world. I spend time with each student figuring out how they prefer to learn and what interests them and then I adjust our lesson plans accordingly. One of my best qualities is my patience.
