As a Swim Instructor at Woodland Swim Team, your role will include leading swimming programs and providing tailored lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a genuine love for swimming, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to appreciate and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Woodland, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in education or instruction
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Background in water safety and survival
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children
