Personal Experience:
This is the perfect option for USC students who want a luxurious and private space that is close to campus. In my experience, maintenance personnel and leasing staff have been very responsive, positive, and helpful, which I found to be rare in my experience searching for housing. Parking in the garage is offered at $200/mth, but I have personally gotten by with street parking right outside the complex.

As a graduate student, I found living here to be absolutely ideal for me - it allowed me to enjoy everything a great student apartment has to offer at a very fair price and hassle-free. I unfortunately need to go on academic leave for the Spring semester and so I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in taking advantage of this amazing housing opportunity!
