Personal Statement

I’ve always been fascinated with the process of how we come to believe in ourselves (self-efficacy), and how that process helps us to establish an identity and become capable adults. During the adolescent years, this is the most pressing psychosocial issue. I am blessed to have three sons, each one with different interests.
