Personal Statement

I'm a certified mathematics teacher for grades 7 to 12. I've spent 13 years as a middle school teacher and 2 years teaching high school. I've also spent 1 year as a college instructor. I've spent a substantial portion of my teaching career instructing inner city students. Many of them have had severe struggles with mathematics.
