As a Swim Instructor at Aqua Culture Swim School, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. We are seeking a dedicated and driven Swim Instructor to join our team in Baldwin, MD and contribute to the success of our Aqua Culture Swim School.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress, offer feedback, and provide guidance

Requirements
• Experience working with students, preferably in an instructional setting
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
