Have you ever wondered why India is so mysterious? Growing up in the diaspora, I often wondered why people knew more facts about Greeks and Romans but not so many about the Eastern civilizations. Over my academic career, I began comprehending how history is understood while researching the characteristics of knowledge production in and on Indian culture. I studied the traditional, semi-traditional, and non-traditional systems of knowledge as they interacted with a long tradition of philosophy and spirituality. I am particularly passionate about exploring India as a cultural stronghold of diverse traditions. ***I am currently traveling so please excuse any delays in response time.
