Personal Statement
ABOUT ANNEMARIE: I have been an Art & Design educator, Graphic Designer and a Visual Communicator for over 12 years. I teach learners of all ages. My day job exists in the classroom where I teach middle and high school art and design, but I have years of experience with toddler and elementary school kiddos as well as adult workshops and one-on-one tutoring. I graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Graphic Design, and a MAT in Visual Arts. I worked at a design studio in Old City for 4 years, and continue to do freelance Graphic Design jobs. I live outside of Philadelphia, PA, and when I am not teaching I love cooking, going to the beach, working with ceramics & collages, and hanging out with my two young kids!AnneMarie R. Subjects
