Maintain working knowledge of Pennsylvania Dept. of Human Services ,maintain a  working knowledge of children growth and developmental stages .Participate in program meetings, internal and external training To assure the over-all safety of children while they socially and physically engage in the over-all environment. Socially and physically interact with children to motivate, encourage and teach activities to stimulate growth and development
