Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
• Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
• Manage 1st party delivery customers
• Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Developing and managing budgets, including forecasting and controlling cost
• Provide/Ensure superb customer service and address customer concerns promptly
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Process payroll and maintain all relevant records
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Knowledge of and/or ability to learn ADP and Quickbooks is necessary

Qualifications for Restaurant Manager

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 5 or more years of food service industry experience required
• Leadership experience/People management
• Servesafe certified required
• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent leaderships skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to speak/understand Spanish is a plus
• Valid drivers license required
