This position is in Miramar Beach, FL. Relocation assistance will be provided if hired.
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager High Volume Established Restaurant to join our team! You will directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of kithen staff with our established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor quality of products and food produced
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency- Coordinating with Restaurant GM
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies- Orders, receiving and inventory procedures
- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing kithenes and maintaining inventories
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication and technical skils
- Reports to GM and Director of operations
