West Palm Beach Recreation is seeking lifeguards to ensure the safety of our members and guests while having a ton of fun. Join us in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all campers as a lifeguard at West Palm Beach Recreation. If you're comfortable in open water, have experience working with kids, and are at least 18 years old, we want you on our team.

As a lifeguard, you must possess the following skills:
Comfortable in and around open water with basic safety knowledge
Ability to use watercraft in deep water (Surfboard, paddleboard, kayak)
Pass lifeguard prerequisites, such as a 550-meter swim and treading water for 2 minutes
Experience with children preferred
Red Cross or WSI certification preferred but not required
Minimum age of 18
