We are seeking an Electrical Supply In Store Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Track daily sales 
• Resolve escalated customer complaints 
• Handle walk in customers and/or questions regarding electrical work they may be doing

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical components, such as wiring, breakers, electrical laws. Such as how to fix a lamp or give advice to a builder on using the right electric equipment
