Personal Statement

I was born and raised in Japan and lived there until I was 27 years old. I have taken and passed level N1 of the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test), which is the highest level available. Currently, I teach Japanese and math at an international school. In addition, I work at public schools and support physically or mentally challenged students.
