Personal Statement

I have been able to work with students in high school and college helping them with college prep. I have a bachelor's degree in creative writing and bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Portuguese. It was at this time at the University that I was able to help those who were entering college. I also have my master's degree in elementary education and taught English for two years while earning my degree. Additionally, I joined Teach for America, a branch of the Peace Corps.
