Personal Statement

I have been a classroom teacher of science for 12 years, including 4 years of AP Physics. My math background and lifelong pursuit of astronomy enable me to tutor in astronomy and algebra with a high degree of expertise. I generally start tutoring by answering specific questions from the student. This takes care of the student's urgent needs.
