Personal Statement

I can teach all levels of math from algebra to calculus, as well as competition math for AMC 8, AMC 10/12 and MATHCOUNTS. Additionally, I can help on statistics, physics, and SAT/ACT. I have over 6 years of teaching experience through private lessons and a math organization that teaches competition math. I have participated in math competitions since 6th grade and have placed in the top 2.5% nationally in the AMC 10/12, qualifying for AIME, multiple times. I also was a teaching assistant for classes within the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department at UC Berkeley. I am currently a second year Master's student at UC Irvine studying networked systems.
