Personal Statement

I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in English and philosophy from the University of Virginia - Main Campus. As a tutor, I strive to use creative activities that engage and entertain my students to help them learn more effectively. Working one-on-one with students allows me to assist them in meeting their academic potential. I enjoy tutoring students in philosophy, sociology, social studies, and art history, though I am skilled in a variety of other subjects as well.
