I have been an instructor for about 2 years now. I am 500 hour trained and certified. I teach group classes and private lessons online and in person. I teach kids yoga, wall yoga, vinyasa flow, and my personal favorite yin yoga. I also facilitate sound healing meditations. I consider myself a “yoga addict” and like to dabble with every style if given the opportunity.
