Restaurant Shift Manager
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures with Crew Members
Ensure all food safety procedures are followed according to Company policies and health regulations
Monitor tasks performed by Crew Members to ensure product quality, service, and cleanliness
Support total store "Service Excellence" and "Customer Courtesy"
Execute established cost control systems
Assign and monitor tasks to maximize efficiency
Assist in training and cross-training in positional skills
Train Crew Members on new products or procedures as requested
Execute Company policies for cash, property, product, and equipment control
Maintain safe working conditions by following all safety, security, and maintenance policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
Ability to take direction and work well with others
Perform basic mathematics
Stand for at least an 8-hour shift and lift 20-50 lbs.
Engage in repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Willing to work 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Great personality, desire to serve guests, team-oriented, upbeat, and engaging
