Cons: Tests are very hard and the online homework is kinda useless and time consuming
know material
helpful when asked
funny at times, but never off subject
Cons: HARD.
intentionally deceiving test questions.
don't take if you can avoid it.
Cons: None as of yet other than that he had the book listed as required when you don't need it at all, just a subscription to ALEKS.
Makes Chemistry interesting!
Cons: His tests are tricky and on the harder side
Not an easy class to float through. If you participate, and work hard you will do well and learn alot.
Cons: Slight accent(but can be manageable)
Make sure you turn your phone off, put it on vibrate or silent, if he hears it he will embarrass you in front of everyone.
Cons: Sometimes he falls behind a little in lecture.
Even though he is asian he is never hard to understand.
Cons: Temper issues, very strict
Cons: He doesn't speak English that well, homework and exams are sort of difficult.
Cons: Tests are unfair
Labs have nothing to do with class
NO communication between TA and professor makes for a terrible class
Avoid for your GPA's sake
He is a great teacher, but chemistry is a hard subject for most people. If you do your homeworks and study, then you will do fine in his class.
Cons: Tests are much harder than other sections and there is almost no chance for extra credit.
Cons: the course isn't easy and you have to work very hard and study a lot
I will definitely be taking him again next semester. His tests are reflective of his notes and he doesn't make anything overly hard. He makes sure you know the basic concepts - definitely take this professor, he is the best!
Cons: Class can get boring after awhile.
Tests are quite difficult.
He is a great teacher, but his tests are harder than other professors. I would only recommend taking this course if you have a fairly strong background in chemistry.
however if you don't show up to class, do the homework, study for the exams, or ask for help your going to fail the class
its easy only if you work at it
