 Dr. Esancy was my professor in 2003, while I was taking the pre-requisite classes to get into the Dental Hygiene Program. I was 52 years old, English is not my native language, and Dr. Esancy’s classes were so well planned, she was knowledgeable, had an excellent sense of humor, and ,above all, she respected her students and motivated them. My experience as Dr. Esancy’s student held me through my time at the Dental Hygiene Program, in which I did not get the respect and fairness that every student deserves. Her name rhymes with DECENCY, and her character helped me to become a Registered Dental Hygienist, and help a great number of people through my volunteer work throughout the years.
