 I'm not sure if this is the same Professor from Chaffey College but same name and same class. Worst online class on Real Estate Law. There is so much reading and so harsh on the grading. He expects a lot from his students but he doesn't put forth the same effort towards them. There's no teaching interaction, like zoom meetings or recorded zoom videos where the Professor explains some of the subject/s of the week. You are basically left on your own to read a summary of what the chapter is about, read the PPT, read the book, watch 4-5 short videos on different subjects and expected to write a perfect summary paper to get all the points, expected to respond to at least 2 other students with another full 2 paragraph summary, take a 20 question quiz from 2 long ar$ chapters but if you love reading, no direction, want to be an actual real estate agent, you can just get the book and do it on your own! I wish I would have known, this class was going to be like this and on top of that only 8 weeks to cram all that info. :(. I only took it for the info and fulfill a paralegal class, and because the class I actually wanted wasn't available. :/ Ugh
