To perform this job successfully, the Quality Control Support Staff will be expected to perform the duties listed, and other duties as assigned:

Quality Control: We seek to ensure that our products are top quality to keep customer satisfaction as high as possible. This involves testing and determining if the final product is within specification.
Warehouse organization: Warehouse optimization for maximum efficiency.
Inventory: Ensuring the proper amount of product is in stock and ready to ship to the consumer.
Ability to quickly learn our products and processes.
Ability to lift and move boxes easily up to 40 pounds.
Staying up to date on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and new developments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of LED lights.
Demonstrating leadership: Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
