- Knowledge of creating consistent posting schedules and growth strategies
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for visually appealing posts
- Tech-savvy with strong communication and organizational skills

About My Business:
I'm the owner of Joyful Sounds Speech Therapy, a neurodiversity-affirming practice dedicated to offering play-based speech therapy and AAC support to children and families. My goal is to help individuals communicate effectively, express their needs, and engage with others through creative, personalized strategies. I'm open to any and all ideas to help build my social media presence and grow my business!

What I Expect from You:
- Publish 2 posts a week and 2 sets of stories per week
- Turn my already-made educational handouts into Instagram posts and stories
- Provide ideas and strategies for improving my social media presence
- Help grow my following with engaging, creative content

Hours & Compensation:
- This role is expected to require 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility based on content production efficiency and discussion.
- Compensation is $18 per hour.
- Pay is not taxed.
- This is a side job, so there are no legitimate job benefits (healthcare, salary, vacation, etc.).
