Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching or teaching gymnastics is preferred. Willing to train if you fit out culture.
A passion for working with children and helping them grow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a fun and safe learning environment.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach classes, that are within your skill set. We offer preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, recreational tumbling, and ninja programs.
Implement lesson plans in 2 week cycles.
Ensure safety standards are met during all classes and activities.
Provide personalized attention to students to ensure skill progression and enjoyment.
Foster a growth mindset by encouraging students to embrace challenges and celebrate progress.
Communicate kindly and effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
Actively participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
Contribute to a positive environment that aligns with our core values: People First, Growth Mindset, Never Settle, Happy Helpers, and Batteries Included.
