Description
Job duties summary :Run day-to-day operations including opening and closing the store, customer management and inventory management.
Greet, assist, and engage with customers when they enter the store and as they shop, answer questions and make recommendations, assist customers with check-out, and maintain a positive, fun, and safe environment
Maintain sales floor and customer awareness to prevent product loss
When customer service is not required, prioritize time around other essential duties in a way that demonstrates efficiency, proficiency, and ability to follow directions.
Collaborate proactively and constructively with management and other colleagues.

There will be a 3 month probationary period to evaluate job fit.
MUST know LEGO products and descriptions
Retail and customer service experience is a must, experience with children is a plus
Must be able to operate the store independently
Must be physically fit to handle heavy LEGO merchandise
Must be able to pass background check
Schedule and hours are not guaranteed and vary by season.
Job Description:
As the floor manager, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with LEGO. Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Sell and trade LEGO merchandise with customers, maintain continuous customer engagement with each customer on the floor. Answer customer questions about LEGO products or services.
Help customers of all ages learn their way around the store and develop an understanding of how the Bricks & Minifigs experience is unique.
Work both independently and as a team to meet store sales goals.
Must be positive, customer-centered, accountable, responsible, team-oriented, respectful, and care about quality and integrity.
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing).
Cross-sell products.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Great at following directions and completing checklists.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Price, label and inventory merchandise.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Manage returns of merchandise.
Proactively manage inventory levels.
Make short videos with commentary about the products you love.
Certify, build, and sort LEGO as needed.
Experience/Requirements:
Knowledge of LEGO products is a must.
Retail experience in selling products with excellent customer service skills
Experience in the various themes that LEGO makes is a plus.
Experience working with children is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-driven
Flexible and willing to learn new things
Not afraid to engage with new people
Education experience is a plus
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
Basic math skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
Organized and able to multitask.
