Title:
Sales Operations Intern

Reports to
Director of Sales

Essential Job Duties:

Lead management
- Send lead reports from digital marketing to the sales team.
- Create cold lists based on sales leads' briefings, using tools like ZoomInfo. Input the lists into Mailchimp as required.
- Coordinate with the Email Marketing Manager on campaign mailing lists. Extract them from the CRM according to the brief.

Data Analysis
- Connect data across systems (email marketing, CRM, call rail, contact forms, Google Analytics) by managing the manual processes.
- Gather lead conversion reports from sales teams on all digital campaigns to existing customers and prospects.
- Produces a monthly report on digital marketing and lead programs. It includes website KPIs, along with analysis and insights.
- Produce monthly performance reports for clients, as required. This includes the monthly QHIS report and the quarterly QBR.

Website Development Support
- Work with business teams to gather inputs for a new websites.
- QA the inputs received and hand them off to development.
- Review and close content/front-end/CRO/SEO/email marketing-related tickets.
- Provide inputs to any other digital operations tickets as needed (assigned in Jira).

General Support
- Scope the setup of marketing automation in D365. Manage daily project execution with stakeholders.
- Ad hoc tasks for the marketing agency, website dev, and business teams. They are requests and projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Takes initiative, tackles challenges alone, and finds solutions.
- Excellent project management skills - meeting deadlines and escalating as needed
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Excellent data analytics skills: Excel, merging data, and reporting.
- Commercial acumen
- Master systems and tools quickly, demonstrating digital expertise.
