Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible with the day-to-day scheduling of multiple projects including preparing weekly schedules, monthly schedules, coordinating with internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain with scope, schedule and budget. The Coordinator will also analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Three or more years of experience in project coordination/project management.
Proven success in a Construction setting, working with all levels of management.
