Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP), a program of Accessible Space, Inc., is a nationally recognized, CARF-accredited neuro-rehabilitation center specializing in the treatment of brain injuries in adults, adolescents, and children. Our comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach offers cutting-edge treatment in a highly clinical, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

 At NCEP, our team of expert clinicians, many of whom are Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS), work together to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Our patients engage in therapy five days per week for six hours per day, receiving intensive services that foster remarkable recoveries. In addition to our residential post-acute program, we have a brand-new state-of-the-art Concussion Clinic, where patients receive individualized treatment for up to three hours per day. We are hiring a Full time Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor to join our team!!

The Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor will serve as a key member of a collaborative team by coordinating the scheduled activities of assigned staff to ensure client health, safety, and dignity needs are met. Also properly supervise assigned staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team

We can't get around this - to qualify as the Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor you must have:

A minimum of three years of experience working with in a health care setting or with individuals with physical disabilities and/or acquired traumatic brain injuries (ABIs).
A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff. Successful delegation and collaboration skills. Minimum of one-year successful experience supervising staff.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently receive and transmit information including goals, policies, and trainings in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients.
