At St Cloud YMCA Swim Team, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons tailored to children of varying ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a passion for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Foley, MN as a Swim Instructor and make a difference in the lives of our community members!

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• A love and passion for swimming and children!
